Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes heads
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ketchup
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Tobasco

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the sweet potatoes into finger shapes

Spread them on a baking sheet and add the olive oil and salt and mix them

Heat the oven at 400F and put the baking sheet for 25 minutes (or until the potatoes are well baked)

For the dip:
Mix the ketchup, red pepper flakes and tobasco.
