Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
- 3 tbsp. fresh basil, or 1 tbsp. dried basil
- 3 tbsp. fresh oregano, or 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 10-12 italian rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in slow cooker. Combine basil, oregano, and water. Pour over roast. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover.
Cook on low 7-8 hours.
Shred meat with fork. Serve on italian rolls.
