Candy, Marshmallow Roll Candy

My Mother loved this candy. She made this every Christmas, as kids we loved it too. I have made it for years now and kept up her tradition

Ingredients

• 3 Oz Choc Chips
• 2 Tablespoon Butter
• 1 Whole Egg, Beaten
• 3/4 Cups Chopped Nuts
• 7 oz Min-Marshmallows
• 1/2 Cup flaked coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Melt together over very low heat until it is all melted together. Cool it slightly then add:

7 oz min-Marshmallows- Use Colored or white, what every you like.
Mix together and shape into 2 rolls on wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle with flake coconut.

Chill in the freezer until set, an hour or two. Slice in about 1/2 " pieces and serve. Keep refrigerated.
