Garlic butter baked pork chops

Juicy tender and super flavorful thanks to the amazing butter sauce
Ingredients
- Two medium porkchops
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
- Two cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°
Seasoned pork chops with salt and pepper and set aside
In a small bowl mix together butter thyme and garlic
in a skillet heat olive oil over medium heat
When the skillet is really hot add pork chops see year until golden about four minutes each side
Place garlic mixture over the pork chops
Play skillet in the oven and cook until cooked through it’s about 10 to 12 minutes or until the pork chops get the internal temperature of 145°F
remove from the oven using a spoon pour some of the butter sauce left in the skillet onto the porkchops before serving
