Shrimp and Avocado Salad Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked medium shrimp (I cut them up)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp. each vegetable oil and cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
