Ingredients
- 8 oz. cooked medium shrimp (I cut them up)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp. each vegetable oil and cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
