Dijon-Herb Marinade (Weight Watchers)

This versatile marinade recipe easily doubles. Rub on chicken or lamb and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano, or
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients; cover and shake well.
