Candy, English Toffee Candy

One of the woman I work with, always brought the best things to work to share with all of us. This one was the best candy.

Ingredients
- Topping :
- 1 Cups Butter, 2 Cubes
- 1 Cups Sugar
- 5 Tablespoon Water
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 6 Oz Choc Chips
- 1 Cups Finely Chopped Nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cover a pie pan with aluminum foil or use a square disposable foil pan
Butter it well.
In a sauce pan combine sugar, butter, water and salt. Over medium heat bring to a boil. stir constantly, and boil until brittle or 300 degrees on a candy thermometer.
Pour into the pan and let it set for three min. Sprinkle the Choc Chips over the hot toffee mixture. Gently Spread the Choc Chips
and then cover with the nuts. Cool and cut into pieces
