Ingredients
- 1/2 cup carrot straws
- 1/2 cup parsnip straws
- 1 stick celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup beans, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 4 spinach leaves, shredded
- 500 g rump steak, cut into strps
- 1 Tblsp oil
- 6 mushrooms, cut into strips
- 1 + 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1 dsp cornflour
- salt & pepper
- soy sauce (to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly fry steak and mushrooms
Add carrots, parsnips, celery, beans and shallots and cook for 5 minutes
Add spinach and 1 cup of stock
Simmer until the vegetables are just cooked (not mushy)
Blend cornflour, stock, seasoning and sauce.
Add, stir.
Serve with steamed rice.
