
Ingredients
- 1 green apple thinly sliced
- 1 bulb fennel thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery sliced with a vegetable peeler
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- sea salt and cracked pepper
- Walnut Dressing
- 40 g Butter
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Step 1
Combine the apple, fennel, celery, chicken and salt and pepper on a serving plate.
To make dressing, melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add walnuts, sugar, and vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened. Spoon the warm dressing over the salad to serve.
