Strawberry Delight

Ingredients

• 1 pkg oreo cookies
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 cup fruit sugar
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 2 eggs, separated
• 2 - 12 oz. frozen strawberries
• 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
• 1 1/2 cups whip cream

Preparation

Step 1

First grease the bottom and sides of 9X13 container and then line bottom with 3/4 of crushed oreos.

Mix butter, extract, fruit sugar and then add yolks one at a time.

Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold them in.

Spread this over crumbs.

Spoon on strawberries that are thawed and drained.

Sprinkle on nuts.

Then spread on the whip cream and then the remaining oreos on top of this.
