Chicken Ring

Ingredients
- 2 x 8oz cresent rolls
- 10 oz chunk white chicken, drained and flaked
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbls dijon mustard
- 1 Tbls Italian salad dressing mix

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except cresent rolls. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into triangles. Place wide end of triangle 3 inches from the edge of prepared pan with point overhanging the edge of the pan. Repeat with remaining triangles along outer edge of pan, overlapping the wide ends. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under wide ends (filling will be visible). Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
