Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons instant onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 1-pound can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 12-ounce bottle chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the meatballs. Do not overworked the meat. Form into walnut size balls and place in a roasting pan.
Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth.
Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
Transfer to crockpot to keep warm and serve.
(Frozen meatballs can also be used)
