Ingredients
- 1 lb. burger
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbs. mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 10-12 slices texas toast
- 6 Tbs. butter, softened
- 3-4 cups shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown burger with onion until fully cooked. Drain off any grease.
Add mustard, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spread butter on bread.
To assemble: Sprinkle bread with cheese, a scoop of beef mixture and top with more cheese.
Cook over medium heat until browned flip and brown on other side.
