Ingredients
- 8 c. mixed greens
- 1 c. sprouts
- 2 tbs finely chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
- 2-3 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dry greens, place half in a large bowl. Add sprouts, and chives. Season with salt and pepper; drizzle over about 1 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss well to coat. Squeeze half of lemon juice over the greens and toss again. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately.
