Blueberry - Country style Dessert

As this homey dessert bakes, the batter rises to the top, creating a
delicious pudding-like creation that is irresistible!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (1/2 Cup)
- 3/4 cup sugar (6 Tbsp= 1/4 cup+ 2Tbsp)
- 3/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk (6 Tbsp = 1/4 cup+ 2 Tbsp)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (1/2 + 1/4 =3/4 tsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1/8 tsp)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (1 1/2 tsp)
- 2 bags (8 oz each) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries (8oz)
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped crystallized ginger, if desired (1 tsp)

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square *2-quart* (1 Qt - 4 cup size) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt until well blended. Stir in melted butter. Pour into baking dish.
2. Pour frozen blueberries over batter; sprinkle with ginger.
3. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
