Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (103⁄4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa or Picante Sauce
  • 1 ⁄2 cup water
  • 8 corn or fl our tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is
well browned, stirring frequently to break up meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir the soup, salsa, water, tortillas and half the cheese into the skillet.
Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
or until hot and bubbling.
3. Top with the remaining cheese.
