Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (1/2 Tbsp)
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3⁄4-inch thick (about 1 pound) (2 Chops)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (1 small clove)
  • 1 can (103⁄4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom (1/2 Can)
  • Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1 ⁄2 cup milk (1/4 Cup)
  • 4 cups hot cooked couscous or rice (2 Cups)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork
chops and garlic and cook for 10 minutes or until the chops are well
browned on both sides. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
2. Stir the soup and milk into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Return the pork
chops to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for
5 minutes or until the chops are cooked through. Serve with the couscous
or rice
