Salsa

Ingredients
- 60 large tomatoes (25 lbs)
- 20 large onions
- 50 large peppers, green, red & yellow
- 20 jalapeno chile peppers
- 20 cloves garlic
- 5 cups vinegar
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons turmeric
- 5 tablespoons chilli powder

Preparation
Step 1
Chop vegetables and simmer all together approx 2 - 3 hours until thick.
Process quarts 40 minutes, pints 30 minutes.
You can use green tomatoes as a filler if you want it thicker and don't have enough red.
Was mixed in a large garbage can (new). Cook in batches in large pots.
