Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 2 green chilies, seeded and finely diced
- 1 lime, peeled, segmented and finely chopped
- 1 small handful of fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix everything together in a bowl
2. If needed, add additional fresh lime juice to moisten
3. Enjoy!
