
Ingredients
- 1 Pkg 8 Oz - Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 Cups Cold Milk, Non Fat
- 2 Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, 4 Serve Size
- 1 Tub 8 Oz - Cool Whip, Thawed
- 2 Each Bakers Choc Squares, Grated
- 1 Cups Fresh Raspberry's
- 1 Pkg Choc Cake Mix

Preparation
Step 1
Beat Cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy.
Gradually add in the milk, add pudding mix and mix very good .
Then fold in the cool whip - 2 cups of cool whip
Bake the cake as directed on the box in - 3 8 in. round cake pans
When the Cake is cool and you are ready to put all together:
Layer Cake into a truffle bowl or any 8 in. round glass bowl,
Cake in the bottom then the Cream filling and the shredded choc.
Continue to layer the other two cake and choc Cream mix to
the top of the bowl. Then Decorate with shredded Choc and Raspberries
if you want them.
Let this set in the refrigerator for at lease 2 hours and then serve in small bowls
top with the rest of the cool wipe and shredded choc.
