Tin Foil Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked dark meat chicken sliced as thin as possible
  • 1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate a few hours or overnight.
Place tiny amount on small square of foil.
Fold edges twice.
Deep fry until they puff - no longer.
