Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 12 oz beer

Step 1
Melt butter & pour enough in a 9x5" loaf pan to coat the bottom. In a large mixing bowl mix flour, sugar & beer. Spoon dough into the loaf pan. Pour remaining butter over the top. Bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes or until golden light brown. Let stand for 10 minutes.
