  • 4 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 2 CUPS SUGAR
  • 2 tsp BAKING SODA
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
  • 1 tsp CINNAMON
  • 1 tsp NUTMEG
  • 1/2 tsp CLOVES
  • 1/4 tsp GINGER
  • 2 CUPS PUMPKIN
  • 1 CUP OIL
  • 4 EGGS
  • 1/2 CUP WATER

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT OVEN TO 350 - GREASE 2 LOAF PANS. MEASURE DRY INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL AND MIX WELL. BEAT PUMPKIN, OIL, EGGS & WATER TOGETHER. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS. STIR JUST UNTIL MIXTURE IS MOIST. FILL EACH PAN. BAKE 1 - 1 1/4 HOURS.

OCOTOBER 2010 I MADE 14 LOAFS
