Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • dash salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla.

Spread evenly into aluminum foil-lined 8" or 9" square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn onto cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares.

Store loosely covered at room temperature.
