- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. crushed Aleppo pepper
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a nonreactive container stir all ingredients together. Cover; store at room temp. for at least 3 days before using. Will keep for 6 months. Makes 2 1/3 cups.
