Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 32 oz loose hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c chopped onion, sauteed
  • 14 oz chicken broth
  • 3 c water
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • S&P to taste
  • optional: Ham, bacon or shredded cheeses

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in a little butter until translucent. Bring liquid ingredients to boil. Add hash browns and onion. Cook on lot until hot.

Salt & Pepper to taste May top with Ham, bacon or shredded cheese.
