Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 c of packaged brownie mix
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/4 c veggie oil
  • 1/2 c of chocolate chips
  • 2 skor bars
  • 1/3 c heavy cream
  • 2 c of milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the first four ingredients together. Mix in the choco chips and the skor bars.
2. Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
3. Completely cool your brownies then spread a pint of caramel ice cream over top. Freeze for 1/2 hour.
4. Once your cream has come to a boil turn of the heat and add the chocolate chips. Melt and let it thicken.
5. Once the ice cream has frozen a little top it with the thickened cream and chocolate mixture.
6. Freeze again for at least an hour before serving.
