Worcestershire Sauce

If you don't like the ingredients in store bought bottles of Worchestershire Sauce, here is a good substitution! From campbellskitchen.com. I have used this substitution and it worked great!

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar
• dash of hot sauce

Step 1

Combine above ingredients and use for every tablespoon Worcestershire the recipe calls for.
