Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, room temperature
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla and eggs and mix until well combined.
Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in oats.
Bake at 350 degrees on greased or lined cookie sheets 10-12 minutes.
