Texas Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9" pastry shell, unbaked
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1 cup dark Karo syrup
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tsp real vanilla
- 1 Tbs bourbon

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425. Mix eggs & sugar. Stir in salt, melted butter & syrup. Pour into shell, top with pecans. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 & bake until pie is brown & filling doesn't giggle too much.
