Ingredients
- 2lbs chicken breast
- 1 small can of diced pineapples
- 3/4 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce
- Salt and Pepper

Step 1
Put all ingredients into the IP for 15min. Shred chicken
I used 3lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast tenders, 1 large can of diced pineapples and a bottle of BBQ and served over brown rice
