
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
In a large zip-loc bag combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well.
Rinse chicken and add pieces to marinade in zip-loc bag. Close bag and coat chicken pieces well.
Marinate 5 to 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning bag occasionally.
Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Grill drained chicken pieces on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 20 minutes, brushing with reserved marinade until tender and no longer pink.
