MASHED POTATOES AU GRATIN

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Add butter, seasoning, and egg to the hot mashed potatoes. Beat until light and pour into a buttered dish. Cover with grated cheese then crumbs. Dot crumbs with butter and bake 15 minutes or until brown. Bake in oven at 375deg F.
