CHEESY POTATO STICKS

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut in wedges. Combine salt, pepper, cheese and crumbs. Melt margarine and coat potato wedges. Coat with crumb mixture and lay single layer in baking dish. Pour remaining margarine over potatoes and bake at 375deg for 30 to 35 minutes.
