EGGS A'LA GOLDENROD

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 3 egg whites, chopped
  • 3 egg yolks, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Make white sauce by melting 2 tablespoons butter and adding 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Gradually add 1 cup milk. When white sauce is done, add chopped egg whites and pour over toast. Sprinkle grated egg yolks on top as decoration.
