Ingredients
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs, large
- 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Dried Cherries, preferably tart
- 8 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Skor Bits
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Cream the butter and sugar, add the eggs, mix until well blended. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the cherries, chocolate and Skor bits and mix until just blended.
Scoop out to desired size. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven sooner for a fudgier cookie.
