BAKED CORN AND TOMATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix seasonings with corn and tomatoes and pour all into a buttered baking dish. Spread crumbs over top. Dot with butter and bake for 15 minutes at 375deg F.
