Sour Cream Irish Soda Bread

A moist bread for St. Patty's Day.

Ingredients

• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 pint sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Grease two (4 x 8) loaf pans. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; then add eggs, sour cream, and raisins. Mix until combined. Pour into pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
