Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 Cup Farro (that has been rinsed and soaked for 1 hour)
- 6 carrots peeled and sliced
- 30 ounces vegetable broth
- 1 (15 ounce can) tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low overnight. Serve garnished with fresh dill.
