Ingredients
- 6 eggs (use Eggbeaters)
- 3 scant cups sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 c. heavy cream (use evap milk, cream, and whole milk)
- 3 T. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs til very light. Gradually add sugar and salt. Beat well, Add cream and vanilla. Pour into freezer. Add milk to within 2 1/2 inches of top. Freeze.
