Blueberry Crumble

(may substitute ½ of the blueberries with raspberries)

Ingredients

  • Makes 4 Single serving ramekins (1-16oz French white)
  • Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees or bake in Nu-Wave oven on hi 1” rack
  • Streusel Topping
  • 5 oz Flour (2.5 oz)
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar (5Tbsp+1 tsp)
  • 1 1/2 Cup chopped nuts (optional) (1/2 Cup)
  • 1 1/2 Cups crumbled graham crackers (1/2 Cup)
  • 4 oz Butter (2 oz)Mix together all dry ingredients then cut in butter to make coarse crumbs
  • Filling
  • 12 oz Blueberries -frozen OK (6 oz)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar (2 Tbsp)
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch (1 tsp)
  • 1/2 Cup streusel topping (1/4 Cup)
  • Combine all the filling ingredients

Step 1

Combine all the filling ingredients
Spray ramekins (French white) with non-stick spray, add berry mixture then pile on streusel topping, bake in a 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes or until bubbly
