Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- MAKES 2 PIES...cut in half for one
- 2 premade pie crusts
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, very soft
- 1 C sugar
- 2 C white karo syrup (16 oz)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 C whole pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Spray two pie dishes with Pam. Put crusts into dishes.
Mix (NOT WITH MIXER) all ingredients together in bowl. Pour over crust. Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
