Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken - cut apart
- 2 qts water
- 1 onion chopped
- 3/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (optional or 3 chicken buillon cubes)
- 1 cup carrots
- dash of pepper
- 2 T parsley
- 1 cup rice cooked
- 1 T onion flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Microwave 1 cup rice - 2 c water - high 5 minutes the power 5 15 minutes.
Cook chicken, water, onions, celery, carrots, or (3 buillon cubes) pepper. Cook until chicken is tender about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove chicken from broth and pick meat from bone. Return to broth with the cooked rice. Heat.
