Miso Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cups water or MSG free low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons miso
- 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Savoy cabbage, cored and shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to blend well. Lower heat and continue to simmer until cabbage and onion are tender.
