Ingredients
- 2 small ducks
- 1 package onion soup
- 4 cups coarsely chopped and peeled potatoes
- 2 cups coarsely chopped carrots
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Wash ducks, wipe dry inside and out. Place all ingredients except ducks in Crock-Pot with 1/2 cup water. Place ducks on vegetables. Cover. Cook on high for 5 hours or until tender.
