Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitue

Use in place of canned sweetened condensed milk. I made this to use in my recipe for Frozen Chocolate. Mousse Squares and it was amazing! And much healthier too! This recipe substitutes for 1 can of condensed milk.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Using a mixer, mix all ingredients very well on high speed. Use as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk in recipes for pies, bars and desserts.
