Ingredients

  • Grilled BBQ Chicken
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Black Beans
  • jicama
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Grilled corn
  • Crispy tortilla strips
  • Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cups sour creme, 2 cups mayo, 2 cups buttermilk, 1 tbsp salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Whisk all together until smooth.

Preparation

Step 1

Dice all the salad ingredients to same size and form in triangle bowl and invert on plate like a pyramid. Top with crispy strips and drizzle with bbq sauce.(Bullseye). If prefer use regular chicken and no bbq sauce. Impressive salad and presentation in restaurant.
