PF Chang's Chicken Broccoli Dish

Ingredients
- 16 oz chicken breast sliced (3-4 servings)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine ingredients and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Saute until cooked tender or heat 2 cups of chicken stock in wok and cook chicken until soft and cooked 80%.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine these ingredients and set aside.
½ cup wheat free soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chicken stock
Start by sauting these ingredients in saucepan. 2 TB minced Ginger 2 TB minced Scallions 1 Tsp minced Garlic. 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. Add chicken stock mixture.
Slurry: Add 4 TB dry cornstarch dissolved in 8 TB cold water. Add chicken and stir until fully cooked.
Meanwhile steam or Blanche ½ pound Broccoli trimmed to 2”-3” floret’s and place around outside of plate. Serve with chicken in centre. Top with Pure Sesame Oil Drizzle and sesame seeds.
