Southern Style Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 lb confectioners sugar
• 6 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla, and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spreed mixture quickly in battered 9X5 inch loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares.
