Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 60 pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar
beat in vanilla
gradually add flour
drop by heaping tablespoons into greased mini muffin cups
flatten slightly and press pecan in center of each
bake at 350 for 10-12 min until edge are light brown
cool for 2 min in pan
invert pans to remove
place pecan side up on wire racks to cool
